In short
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it uses no advertising or tracking cookies. That is why you don't see a cookie banner. The only things it saves on your device are the progress of an online application, while you are filling it in.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way. Spanish law (LSSI, article 22.2) only requires your consent for cookies and similar storage that are not strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. Everything listed below is strictly necessary, so no consent is needed.
What this site stores
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| morna:application:draft:v2 | Local storage | Saves your progress in the online application form on this device, so you can close the page and carry on later. Nothing is sent to us until you submit. | Until the application is submitted, or you clear your browser data |
| morna:application:signing:v1 | Local storage | After you submit an application, remembers that it is waiting for signatures, so reloading the page does not lose your place. | Until the documents are signed, or you clear your browser data |
Both are set by Morna, stay on your device, and are only created if you use the online application form.
Analytics
Visits are counted anonymously, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Nothing follows you across other websites and no personal data is collected; we only see totals, such as how many people visited a page.
Videos on this site are streamed by Mux. The player is set up not to use cookies; Mux only records anonymous playback data, such as whether a video loaded and played smoothly.
Third-party services
A few parts of the site are provided by other companies, who may set their own cookies when you use them. Their cookies are covered by their own policies:
- Signaturit, the electronic signature service used to sign application documents, only on the signing step. Signaturit cookie policy
- iSAMS, our school management system, which runs the visit booking form on the New Students Registration page and the Morna Parents portal.
Links to Instagram, Google Maps and other sites take you to those sites, where their own cookie policies apply.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can see and delete cookies and site data, or block them, in your browser settings. Deleting this site's data removes any unfinished application saved on that device. Help pages for common browsers:
