Fund raising success: Autumn Fair and Halloween


The Autumn fair is now a well-established tradition in our school calendar and this year’s edition took place on Friday 20th October.

A huge range of activities were on offer. These included a very popular haunted house, pony rides in the woods, games, competitions, live music in the background and also plenty of food on sale.

During the latter part of the event, the audience were treated to a repeat of the most outstanding performances from the “Morna’s Got Talent” show that had taken place in the morning of the same day. These included Tatiana from Year 4, with her highly entertaining song that was chosen as the winning act.

All the funds raised in the Autumn fair will be donated to the “Lily Foundation”. This charity, which supports research into mitochondrial disease, was chosen by our student council as the organisation that receives our support in this year’s fair.

More funds were raised in the primary school Halloween dressing up day which took place on the 31st October.
